halloween...

we have had a busy halloween season. corb and i went to the great couples party as superman and wonderwoman. i could not beleive that i got corb to dress in tights...but off course he stuffed a little!!!

ya that is me and megan on stage singing to "ice ice baby!" we rocked it! {i felt like i had died and gone to heaven!}

to get out of this heat in az, we took a little trip to the beach for a couple of days. only a 5 hour drive.

cecily started walking while we were there.
she went from bear crawling everywhere like this...to walking all over the place.
it will be a great memory to have of her first steps. my baby is walking. she is not so much a baby at all!!

let it snow...

when you think of arizona in august, the last thing you think of is snow. look at what 8 tons of ice can do:

corb started a snowball fight with some neighbor kids and got

nailed in the eye by an 8 year old...ouch!

it was pretty fun to have snow especially on one of the hottest days of the year.

everyone was wearing flipflops and gloves!

school days...

school is in session here already.

anthony started kindergarten - full day kindergarten! he is gone from me from 8:15am till 3:15pm everyday. not to be annoying, but it was hard...it was a rough couple of days actually. i think for sure it was harder for me than for him. anthony is my helper, westons pal, cecily's protector from weston, and just my baby right!?!

anthony is loving it! his favorite things about school are p.e. and music class (he gets to sit by this darling girl in music--i think that is why he loves it so much!) he has a fabulous teacher and he has already made some really great friends. it is just so hard to let them go and grow up!

little weston boy started preschool. he goes with some friends in the neighborhood and absolutley loves it. totally obsessed with what he wears each day and so excited about having backpack. it's pretty cute though, he tell us everynight "i need to do my homework!"

our cecily mae turned 1! while we were in utah we had a little family party at the park. cecily is seriously the light of our family. i love this picture below because this is a great example of her daily personality. she wakes up happy and goes to bed happy. what a delight she is to raise. i am lucky to be her mommy.
