trick or treat

halloween is my favorite holiday. we love it and so do our kids! anthony was spiderman (of course!), and he wanted weston to be the spider that bit him and turned him into spiderman. don't forget milo-he was spiderdog! we started with a fun neighborhood parade that is a great tradition. we took the boys trick or treating for an hour and a half and i thought weston might get tired, but he loved it. he wouldn't even let us hold him. he would just run up to the house and yell "tick or trweet!" it was really a blast. we then had to do the rounds of family to show the kiddos off. corbin's mom went all out and dressed up, but it was a little scary for the kids! anthony kept asking her where mama was!

soccer

anthony had his last soccer game today. it was so cute to see how in the course of two months these little three year olds have finally getting the game of soccer. anthony and ozzie have so much fun and are so crazy on the field together! anthony is such a little athlete and just loves soccer and his always excited when he makes a goal...even if it was by accident!

pumpkin carving

tonight we carved pumpkins. it was really fun. corbin got out the power tools and went to work. the boys wanted to help with everything, they even liked scooping out all the seed and grossness inside. weston totally got into painting his pumpkin. he covered the entire pumpkin and more! anthony invited his pals next door over and it was so fun to see what they did as well. anthony carved and painted batman, preslee painted her cinderella pumpkin, and sumner carved out a scary guy from star wars?? it was great night of fun.

pumpkin patch

we went to best pumpkin patch, packs, monday night with meghan and jason. they had pumpkins (of course), horse rides, a maze, and some fun games for the kiddos! anthony and jaxon got lost in the maze and it was so funny to see them maneuver their way out. it was such a great family event. packs still has a lot of pumpkins to pick from, so if you haven’t gotten your pumpkins for carving, go to packs! happy pumpkin!

beach photo shoot

i never posted these photos and i promised i would. i just laugh every time i see my boys together in a photo. they are so different, both in their personalities and physically! it is just so fun. we had to take some special photos at the beach because it means so much to corbin and i. we love it!

riding a bike...at 3

"no training wheels!" as anthony says! anthony is riding a two-wheeler now. for the last few days of summer he thought he should be riding like the other kids in the neighborhood. corb took off the training wheels and after a few minor falls, anthony has not stopped riding riding riding.

let's go surfing now...

anthony went boogie boarding for the first time on our trip to the beach house. he is a crazy man. he jumped right in and was tumbling in the waves and rolling around. he is our little dare devil.

good ol'playgroup

yesterday we got together with friends from our old neighborhood. i am so glad that we all stay touch because i feel these great gals and I all have such a special bond. we all had several 1sts together- 1st home, 1st child, 1st child was a crazy wild boy!!! it is so nice to get together with them, it really good the boys...and the moms! thanks for a fantastic day!

kangaroo crazy zoo

millie and eliza went with us to kangaroo zoo today. it was 103 degrees and it was craziness inside packed with people trying to get out of the heat. we forgot our socks so we all got matching cow socks to make it worth it!

anthony's 1st golf clubs

anthony experienced corb's 1st love today...golf! i was a little hesitant to let him go because corb is addicited. he loved it, like i knew he would, especially because corbin got him these adorable little clubs that were just his size!

boating with friends

we took the boat out for the first time this summer. we have been so busy we didn't get to the lake till august! anthony surfed for the 1st time with corb and did awesome. corb nicknamed him surferboy and he insists that you call him that while on the boat! weston on the other hand does not love boating has much as his brother, but he will soon. we took our good friends seth and andrea out before their big move to florida. hopefully we get out again before boating season is over.

family time in midway

we had so blast at corbin's annual family getaway to park city! it was so nice to spend some time with all of corb's brothers and his sister and their families. it was crazy with all the kids, but it was really fun!

our little fish...

anthony's last swim lesson with alicia and mailee was this week! he loved them and he is an awesome little swimmer. although he is the youngest in the class, he kept up well. alicia calls him "studdly!" he is ready for swim team!

fun in the sun

we went to sun valley with "grandma sheri & grandpa mike" this week and it was so much fun! we have not been in years, but I think we might make it an annual event. the boys had a blast with millie, eliza, hannah, & ben. the week was filled with horseback riding, ice skating, fireworks, skeet shooting, and lots of great memories! thanks!
