mama & papa visit az...

even though it's been just 3 weeks since we moved, it has been so hard to live away from family. we are missing them greatly. i am sure we will have many posts on visitors and this is one of many to come.

corbin's mom and stepdad, mama & papa, came to visit last weekend. the kids were really excited. anthony wanted to make sure they knew which house was ours so he made a little sign to welcome them and then made us all wait outside until their car drove up. we didn't do much but just relaxed and hung out at the pool. thanks for coming to visit. we love you and can't wait for you to come again!

week 1 in AZ...

we have been here in az for 1 week.

things are good but missing everyone dearly.

the weather is great and the house if amazing.

it has been crazy but wanted to share everything that we have been up to...

corbin's dad is so great and came with us to help to move in. we could never had done it without him. not only did he unpack and organize our entire kitchen, he was just such a support and strength for me during the move. the kids had a blast having him here and loved getting his undivided attention for the entire weekend. thanks grandpa mike we love you!

the day after we moved in, weston decided that he didn't want to wear diapers anymore. it actually was a fabulous time to get rid of the diapers because we didn't have anywhere to go (so unlike the melissa in slc)!

weston was so easy to pottytrain too. when we pottytrained anthony we had to buy all these toys and had tp bribe him with lots of treats. wes goes both #1 & #2 for a little gumball...what a dream! he also looks so cute in his little spidy underwear.

i already mention that the weather here is fabulous and really, it is fabulous! it has been like 65 degrees most of the first days we got here. today it was 75 degrees. we go to the park everyday and the kids are just loving it. we have a really fun neighborhood park right down the street that has a great big field that the boys run crazy around. they have never slept so good!

today we went swimming at the neighborhood pool. cecily got in for the first time and she was loving it, laughing and dipping her face in the water. she is so funny. weston was of course apprehensive to get in, like usual, but anthony was diving in and swimming like a fish! i could get used to this...



last but not least, cecily is crawling!!! she is just like her biggest brother and completely nuts and fearless! she has been rocking on her knees for some time but now she is full on crawling. it is so precious because she is so proud of herself.

i had to threw the last photo in just for fun. since we got here in az, cecily always wakes up crying. her hair is always crazy and i had to show it to ya'll.

moving day...

we packed up this 28 foot truck for the big move last week.
it was a sight to see.
the guys got quite creative in their packing skills.
we actually left a few things that couldn't fit but i still can't believe that my entire house fit in this truck!

day at the beach with friends...

while we were in san diego we drove up to laguna to see our friends the whitakers for lunch and played at the park. sandy and tim have the most beautiful family. of course i took pics of the kids and not one of the adults. i was having too much fun chatting with them to focus on documenting the event! thanks for such a fun day whitaker family.

we left for sunny san diego the day after christmas. it was a blast we did the beach, sea world, the pool, and ate a lot!

we had a fabulous christmas holiday spending time with lots and lots of family.
