it's a girl!
anthony kept telling us that it was a girl, but i just thought he knew that i was hoping for one! it was so funny because we had to go to fetal foto twice because the cord was in the way and the baby was hiding it's private areas. after the first visit and they told us they just weren't sure, anthony told his preschool teacher "my mom is having a baby girl, but my mom doesn't believe me cuz the baby is hiding!" he is so sweet and couldn't be more excited to have a sister. after we found out it was a girl today, i picked him up and told him mommy was having a girl and he was right all along. he just looked at me and said, "i know mom, i already told you that!" i just couldn't believe how sure he was.
we are so excited and can hardly believe it, but for the record, i do love love boys! i love everything about them. but i have to say i am so excited to buy pink, to do dance lessons, and to do all the girly things that you get to do. my boys just love me so much and we have this special bond. i am so thrilled for this little girl to love corbin like that. i know that they will have their own special bond. corb is so cute too because after we found out, he wanted to go right to the mall and buy a little outfit! he is going to be worse than me about buying her clothes!

Congrats Melissa on the girl. I would like to say, however, that though i haven't seen you in quite a long time, I find it hard to believe that Corbin would be able to buy more clothing for a kid than you would. You'll always win that battle.

congrats! it is crazy how little kids seem to have a 6th sense about these babies...
how fun to have a girl! Now you can have a little one to shop with, go out to lunch, girly stuff...
And talk about girly clothes... Sometimes i honestly can't find the baby boy section because i get distracted by the girl clothes or there literally is just one little rack.
I am soooooo excited Melissa! I woke up today and still could not believe it. I can't wait for Azelynn to see her.(and me!) She asked me this morning if we could give her new girl cousin all her bows. It was so cute! She is going to love having a girl around! We love you!!

AHHHHH....I am so happy for you guys!! That is so exciting, can you say SHOPPING! You get to start all over and its so fun. Girls are a blast and SO different from our little boys. Hooray! I was really hoping that you would have a girl and now you can join the "girl" club. It is so fun! Although having a boy is fun as well. But it is fun to do all of the pink, princess, dress up, dancing, etc. I love you guys and we are so thrilled for you!

Congratulations! I just discovered teh blogging world - about a week ago - and I am so excited to find you and your darling family. I don't think your kids could be any cuter. I will definitely say girls are different than boys, and it's so fun to have both. Good luck with the pregnancy!
